Triple R Group was founded in March 2012 by an experienced group of retail professionals with substantial experience working for retail companies on their store expansion goals. Having previously worked at retail companies, we have a unique retailer perspective, allowing us to source and recommend premium locations, and negotiate advantageous business terms for our clients.

We’re not interested in single transaction “deals” but, are focused on developing long term relationships with our clients where we become trusted advisors helping to guide our clients’ retail expansion goals successfully year after year.

The Triple R name is short for Retail Realty Representation. That’s our focus and that’s what we do. It’s not unusual for us to become our clients outsourced real estate departments. This allows each client to take advantage of our real estate expertise, whether just starting out with a goal of one or two stores per year or working on a very robust expansion plan. We can match our resources to our clients’ size and specific needs.
